Paula Lane thinks 'Coronation Street's live episode is their "darkest" yet.
The 29-year-old actress - who plays Kylie Platt in the ITV soap - thinks the forthcoming special show is "quite scary" and very different to anything the programme has ever done.
She said: "It's really dark. I don't think 'Corrie' has ever had anything this dark.
"Over the course of a week, Callum goes on a vendetta, he wants to totally destroy the Platts. It's quite scary - I think 'Corrie' has pushed the boundaries."
Paula admits she is "nervous" about the live episode, but is flattered to be involved and knows she'll enjoy it once the cameras roll.
She said: "I am nervous, but the fact they've got the confidence in us to carry the story is very flattering. We just need to use that and smash it.
"My first live episode was for the 50th anniversary and it was crazy. The adrenaline rush was like nothing else in this world."
And the actress will be hoping she keeps a straight face when she's on screen as she admits she is "really bad" for laughing during filming.
Asked if she laughs while filming, she told Closer magazine: "I'm really bad for it. I get this nervous laugh and my shoulders go up and down.
"Ben Price [who plays Nick Tilsley] makes me laugh. I haven't worked with him for a while and he came in the other day and was like, 'Wicked!'. I couldn't do the scene after that."
