Michelle Collins has taken to Twitter to vent her anger at not being given enough lines on Coronation Street.
The 51-year-old actress - who has played former Rovers Return landlady Stella Price since 2011 - took to Twitter today (17.01.14) to agree with a fan who blasted the soap's bosses for not giving the blonde beauty as many lines as she used to have on the show, comparing Michelle's character to barmaid Tracey (Jane Slaughter) in rival show 'EastEnders'.
Carl Johnson wrote: "why has Stella became an extra!? EastEnders Tracy gets more lines!! #SuchAwaste (sic)."
To which Michelle replied: "Tell me about it!"
The blonde beauty announced last year she was leaving 'Coronation Street' as she wants to spend more time with her 17-year-old daughter Maia Rose.
However, producer Stuart Blackburn has admitted that Michelle - who will leave the cobbles in June - will bow out with a "quiet" exit because there are major characters leaving around the same time that deserve an explosive storyline.
He previously said: "It's a very quiet exit because we've had so many big ones and there are massive ones coming up."
Meanwhile, it was recently reported Michelle - who also played Cindy Beale in 'EastEnders' on and off between 1988 and 1998 - is set to expose "tempestuous relationships" on both soaps in her new autobiography, which has left bosses fearing a backlash.
