Coronation Street- Tony makes his way to the building site
As Tony (Gray O'Brien) makes his way to the building site to meet the environmental inspector he seems calm and its clear that hes already taken care of the matter. Having searched the site, the inspector informs Tony that hes failed to find any bats but is suspicious that they may have been removed. When news reaches Roy (David Neilson) he's furious that the colony might have been destroyed and determined not to let Tony get away with breaking the law - he pulls off his apron and storms over the street to confront him. As a furious Roy condemns Tony' s underhand methods, Tony orders him to leave the site but Roy refuses to budge. Will Tony admit the truth? Darryl (Jonathan Dixon) wakes up with a terrible hangover and has clearly forgotten the fact that he resigned last night. However, when Mel (Emma Edmondson) reminds him he handed in his notice, he decides to tell Jerry (Michale Starke) that his resignation stands. Jerry assumes he was joking and forces him to get back behind the counter and start his shift - but when Lauren (Lucy Evans) comes in and winds him up about being tied to the kebab shop, he finally cracks and quits his job.Cracks between Michelle (Kym Ryder) and Ryan (Ben Thompson) seem to be healing after recent events. However, when Michelle reveals Alex (Dario Coates) wants to meet her again Ryan assures her its alright, but declines when Michelle asks him to join them. He clearly finds it hard seeing his mum with her other son, but will she let it come between them again? Elsewhere, Lauren tries to persuade Sean (Antony Cotton) to go away with her for a few days but Marcus (Charlie Condou) is getting increasingly annoyed by the hold Lauren seems to have on his boyfriend.
