Coronation Street-The restaurant has now become the bane of Leanne's life
The restaurant has now become the bane of Leanne's (Jane Danson) life and Paul's (Tom Hudson) attempts to cheer her up are futile. However, when Dan (Matthew Crompton) arrives for a drink she perks up - much to Paul's dismay. As they drink, Leanne reveals what a desperate situation she's in with the pizzeria and selling isnt even an option anymore. When Dan casually mentions that she should burn the place down Leanne's intrigued. Dan's shocked when Leanne 'accidentally' knocks over two flaming sambucas and sets fire to the table cloth - claiming "accidental fire" might be the solution to all of her problems! David (Jack P Shepherd) is worried about Audrey's (Sue Nicholls) suspicions but reassures Tina (Michelle Keegan) that it'll be fine. However, Tina's not convinced and is panicking about having to lie to everyone. When Tina mentions that shed like to go and visit Gail in hospital and asks him if hes sure he doesnt want to come clean, David is uneasy. Will the truth come out? What will happen to David if it does?Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) goes to meet Chesneys (Sam Aston) social worker in a bid to get him home and everyones delighted when she agrees to let Fiz act as Chesneys guardian. The social worker just needs to inspect Fizs home first to make sure shes capable of parental responsibility. However, when Chesney realises he has to go home to Fiz's flat, and not No 5, he's upset that he wont be able to live with Schmeical and Kirk. Refusing to budge he suggests Fiz move back into to his house instead, so they can be one big happy family. Fiz is reluctant but realising she doesn't have a choice she agrees to move into No 5 - much to Chesneys delight!Elsewhere, Bill and Jason are hoping theyll get the contract to work on the new flats the business could really do with the money. Also, as the builders shoot admiring glances at Becky (Katherine Kelly) in the café, she broaches the subject of moving in with Roy (David Neilson). Despite his reservations, Roy agrees to let her move in. How will Roy cope living with Becky?
