Lovesick David (Jack P Shepherd) has been sulking after his lovers’ tiff with Tina (Michelle Keegan) and is delighted when she shows up at the house. However, when she storms out once again, devastated David's unsure about what he's done wrong. Although Gail (Helen Worth) has reservations about Tina, she’s aware David’s fallen for her and is worried that being spurned could have serious consequences. Later, when she comes to the house while David's out, Gail takes the opportunity to request that Tina doesn’t mess David about - he’s more fragile than she realises. However, Tina becomes defensive and desperate to unburden and stuns Gail with the news that she’s pregnant. Ryan (Ben Thompson) is still unhappy at Alex’s (Dario Coates) continued presence at the Rovers but Steve (Simon Gregson) is hopeful that Michelle (Kym Ryder) will stick to the agreement and send Alex home that evening. Although Michelle knows Alex can’t stay forever, she doesn’t want him to leave and avoids Wendy's (Jane Slavin) phone calls. However, when Wendy storms into the pub later that day furious that Michelle's been fobbing her off she demands her son back – now. Will she part with Alex?Over at the Grimshaws’, Sean (Antony Cotton) is still trying to come to terms with losing his child. As Marcus (Charlie Condou) and Eileen (Sue Cleaver) try to comfort him, they’re worried about his determination to track down Jamie and Violet. Desperate, Sean starts coming up with far flung ways to find his baby and begs Marcus to look up the hospital records and risk losing his job. However, after a heart to heart with Ken (William Roache) he realises the futility of searching for them and admits that he’s got to face facts: he may never see his son again. Elsewhere, Harry (Jack Ellis) ends up taking Kelly (Tupele Dorgu) on the hot date she’d arranged with Dan (Matthew Crompton), when he fails to show up, and Harry wastes no time in setting Kelly straight about who’s the boss of the bookies. How will Dan feel when he discovers his Dad has hijacked his flat and his woman?
