Michelle (Kym Ryder) feels guilty about meeting Alex (Dario Coates) and panics when she receives a phone call from him saying he wants to see her. Later when he arrives at the pub a worried Michelle hurries him into the backroom and although she knows she should tell him to go, she's transfixed at how much he looks like Dean. As they chat Alex reveals he's never really been happy with Nick and Wendy. Michelle's desperate to spend more time with him but is worried that Steve (Simon Gregson) and Ryan (Ben Thompson) are going to walk in any minute. When they arrive home early and Steve walks in to see a guilty Michelle and Alex he's incredulous. How will Ryan feel when he finds out his mum has made contact with her biological son? Sarah's still refusing to speak to Jason (Ryan Thomas) until he apologises for not moving to Italy with her. Becky (Katherine Kelly) thinks Sarah needs her head testing and tells Jason to lay off the phone calls. However, Jason’s not given up hope and is planning on sorting things out with his wife face to face when she comes back for Maria’s wedding. Later, when Maria (Samia Smith) breaks the news that Sarah’s pulled out of the wedding, Jason’s aghast and noticing his foul mood Becky drags him to the bar insisting he needs cheering up. Does Becky want to be more than a shoulder to cry on for Jason? Meanwhile, as Sally (Sally Whittaker) continues to row with Rosie (Helen Flanagan) about giving up school, Kevin (Michael Le Vell) proclaims it’s time they started treating her like an adult and making her take responsibility for her own actions. He wants to build bridges with Rosie and make sure there are no more secrets between them and suggests they spend one night together every week.Elsewhere, Darryl (Jonathan Dixon) tries and fails to play it cool when Lauren (Lucy Evans) asks him out again. They decide to go to the Rovers with David (Jack P Shepherd) and Tina (Michelle Keegan).
