Coronation Street-Davids Enjoying The Tense Atomsphere
Davids (Jack P Shepherd) enjoying the tense atmosphere between Sarah (Tina O' Brien) and Jason (Ryan Thomas) and deliberately escalates the situation by casually telling Sarah that Jason seems to get on very well with Becky (Katherine Kelly), as they went for a drink together yesterday and now theyre in the café together. Despite trying to ignore David, Sarah cant disguise her unease and when she sees Jason leaving the pub with Becky again shes unnerved. Would Jason cheat on her so soon after their marriage?John's (Graeme Hawley) upset that Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) doesn't trust him and when Sally (Sally Whittaker) rejects Fizs offer of a conciliatory drink after work and then John calls her to say that hell be late too, Fiz is convinced somethings going on between them and tells Kevin (Michael Le Vell). When Sally turns up with Freshcoes bags, their fears are temporarily assuaged - she has been to the supermarket as she'd said. However, when John arrives home, she's horrified to see Freshcoes bags in the boot of his car and her suspicions are reignited. Fiz is right to be wary but when will her amateur investigation lead her to realise shes been worrying about the wrong Webster girl? Jerry's (Michael Starke) shocked when she discovers Kayleigh (Jessica Barden) has been secretly going clubbing for months and he's been to busy to notice. When he confronts her about it she confesses but wont apologise, saying that he would never have noticed because hes has no idea about his kids and is never there for her. Jerrys hurt at Kayleighs outburst and decides that his parenting skills have to change. He tells a disappointed Eileen (Sue Cleaver) that he doesn't want to go out and is going to stay in with the kids. She's less than enthused by the prospect of a night in with the twins and declines. Will Jerry's new role as superdad mean an end for his relationship with Eileen? Elsewhere, Jamie (Rupert Hill) and Marcus (Charlie Condou) work together to get Violet (Jenny Platt) and Sean (Antony Cotton) to talk, and as Doreen (Barbara Young) tries to make time for all three men, Rita (Barbara Knox) pushes her away from Norris (Malcolm Hebden) and towards Ivor (Paul Copley) and George (Keith Barron).
