Encouraged after last night's kiss, Jamie (Rupert Hill) goes to the Rovers to see Violet (Jenny Platt). The couple admit that they’ve never stopped loving each other, but Jamie's dismayed when Violet explains that she's not sure she can learn to trust him again. However, after giving it some thought, she agrees to make another go of the relationship and the pair seem genuinely thrilled about the prospect of being together and bringing up a child. Meanwhile, in the pub, Sean (Antony Cotton) admits to a shocked Marcus (Charlie Condou) that being a donor is not enough for him and he wants to be a father to the baby. But with Violet and Jamie planning on making their own family unit, how will they feel about Sean's demand? Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) is still upset about her row with John (Graeme Hawley), but her suspicions are directed at the wrong member of the Webster family. Even after John apologises and agrees to make it up to her, she can’t help but hide her displeasure when Sally stops to chat to him. Meanwhile, at school, Mr Stape is finding it very hard to curb his jealousy as Rosie (Helen Flanagan) flirts with the boys and is shocked at how blatant she's being with her innuendos. With Rosie doing her best to cause trouble, Sally still hoping there’s a chance and Fiz more suspicious than ever, how will John get himself out this mess?Elsewhere, Lloyd (Craig Charles) teases Claire (Julia Haworth) about her reluctance to move on from Ashley (Steven Arnold) and encourages her to join him at a single’s night. Claire’s not entirely comfortable with the idea but agrees in order to prove that she’s serious about her separation from Ashley. Is Claire just trying to prove something or is she serious about finding someone new?Meanwhile, Jason (Ryan Thomas) decides to adopt Bethany(Emily Edmondson) and David (Jack P Shepherd) thinks up a new plan after noticing that Jason and Sarah seem rock solid. He apologises to Jason for acting so selfishly and ruining their wedding day, and Jason falls for his act. What is he plotting? Doreen (Barbara Young) believes she’s in a three way race for her affections and is convinced Norris is about to propose.
