It's Rosies (Helen Flanagan) first day at school and she succeeds in making John (Graeme Hawley) feel uncomfortable when she arrives at his lesson dressed to thrill. Rosie's grand entrance causes quite a stir amongst the other boys in the class and she immediately makes an enemy of fellow pupil Tina when Lee falls over himself to offer Rosie his text book. Tina's brimming with jealousy and when she starts hurling insults at her, Rosie's quick to retaliate and a catfight ensues between the two girls. John splits the brawl up and calls Sally (Sally Whittaker). When Rosie enters his classroom alone as he's marking essays, she continues to toy with him and asks if hes going to punish her for being a bad girl before moving in for a kiss. John can't resist the sexy school girl any longer and as they kiss passionately, Sally walks towards the classroom. Will they get caught?Violet (Jenny Platt) has forgiven Sean (Antony Cotton) for going behind her back, but his unhappiness with Violet's assertion that it's her baby is growing. As the factory girls ask him about the baby, he tells them that all the decisions will be up to Violet, its clear that hes deeply unhappy with the arrangements.As Sarah (Tina O'Brien) exhausts herself by working two jobs, Jason's (Ryan Thomas) comforted by Becky (Katherine Kelly) when he reveals how terrible he feels that he cant provide for his family. Audrey's (Sue Nicholls) noticed Sarah's struggling and when Jason arrives at the salon, she reminds him that he needs to give his wife some TLC and moral support. She gives him some money to take Sarah out for a meal and help them both unwind. Will Audreys treat help their failing marriage? Elsewhere, Jerrys (Michael Starke) struggling without Jodie (Samantha Seager) and things are set to get worse when Darryl (Jonathan Dixon) reminds him that he has a snow- boarding trip booked and has no intention of cancelling it. Meanwhile Carla (Alison King) decides to wait for Liam to get back before she makes any decisions about Tony's (Gray O'Brien) offer.
