Liam's (Rob James-Collier) getting increasingly annoyed at the amount of time Carla (Alison King) is spending with Tony (Gray O'Brien) and when she arrives at the factory late Liam accuses her of coming from his bed! Carla's furious and snaps back but Liam claims his concern is for the company and he doesn't want to lose the deal. However, this doesn't wash with Carla who tells Liam that if he thinks she should be faithful to Paul's memory then he can think again, Paul wasn't faithful to her when he was alive! Liam feigns disinterest but as the row gets more and more heated he silences her with a passionate kiss. How will Carla respond? Elsewhere, Tyrone's (Alan Halsall) hurt that Jack (William Tarmey) and Vera (Elizabeth Dawn) don't believe him and won't let it rest, whilst Molly (Vicky Binns) gets increasingly fed up with his apparent obsession with Paul (Tom Hudson). Meanwhile, Jack and Vera won't entertain the possibility that Paul might have taken the money and put Tyrone's behaviour down to jealousy! Later, when Paul admits to him that he did take the money, Tyrone's fuming, but with Jack and Vera wrapped around Paul's finger, how will he prove who the real thief is? Roy (David Neilson) and Hayley (Julie Hesmondhalgh) have taken a break hoping that it'll help them to sort things out, and have left Becky (Katherine Kelly) and Blanche (Maggie Jones) in charge of the Roy's Rolls. However, Becky's still reeling over the way Christian (Andrew Turner) treated Hayley and takes the opportunity to go to the record shop and give him a piece of her mind. Christian’s shocked when Becky arrives and instantly lays into him but tries to explain that he didn't mean to hurt Hayley, he was just so disillusioned when he found out she was his dad and didn't feel that he was hitting a woman. But after Becky reveals how badly Hayley has taken his rejection, will Christian try and make amends?Elsewhere, Sarah (Tina O' Brien) tells David (Jack P Shepherd) not to talk to her in the salon, will they ever call a truce?
