'Coronation Street's Sarah-Louise Platt will be left terrified as she goes into labour five weeks early.
The Rovers Return barmaid is pregnant with late drug dealer Callum Logan's baby and despite plans to undergo a Cesarean section, she will have a natural birth in Tracy Barlow's flower store, with Mary Taylor as her midwife after her waters break prematurely.
Sarah - played by Tina O'Brien - previously suffered the death of her son Billy Grimshaw, just 24 hours after he was born, and the early birth of her new child will prove traumatic for her.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Sarah has lost one baby and is terrified lightning could strike twice. What she went through with baby Billy was so hard and she can't face that again!"
Callum was killed last year by his ex, Sarah's sister-in-law Kylie Platt, and his body is currently buried underneath the concrete ground in the annex at Sarah's mother's house.
And Sarah's hatred for the evil drug dealer cause problems when she tries to bond with the baby.
The insider added: "It's an innocent baby who needs its mum but just looking at him brings up so many bad memories for her.
"All she wants to do is forget Callum -- but her new baby means it will never be possible."
