Casey (Zoe Henry) spends the night with Ashley (Steven Arnold) and deliberately kisses him in front of Audrey when she leaves. Concerned Audrey tells him that she will not stand by and watch his marriage being ruined by Casey. When Casey returns a worried Ashley tells her about Audrey and what she said, when suddenly Claire (Julia Haworth) returns and says she is back for good. She asks a gutted Casey to leave who lets slip that she has stayed over. Suspiciously Claire begins to ask questions about where Casey stayed and how many times, will Ashley crack under the pressure?Roy (David Neilson) recieves a call from Hayley's (Julie Hesmondhalgh) uncle who has some bad news. He tells Hayley and she guesses it has something to do with her auntie.Cilla (Wendi Peters) spends her first day cleaning Frank's (Keith Clifford) house but keeps catching him looking at her. He suggests they go for a drink at the Rovers.

Darryl (Jonathan Dixon) is annoyed when Jerry (Michael Starke) tells him he was in the shed with Eileen (Sue Cleaver).
