Ashley (Steven Arnold) reassures Claire (Julia Haworth) that nothing happened between him and Casey (Zoe Henry), feeling guilty she apologises for doubting him. They have a drink with Audrey (Sue Nicholls) and Claire thanks her for making her realise that she should be back home but Audrey soon realises that Ashley has not told her the whole truth about Casey staying over. Ashley recieves a text and makes an excuse to leave and visits Casey at a car park. Casey confesses to Ashley that she loves him and pleads to him not to leave her, how will Ashley respond?Hayley (Julie Hesmondhalgh) is upset by the news of her aunt's death and tries to keep herself busy in the café. She tells Roy (David Neilson) that her aunt was always there for her and that even though her family won't like it, she will attend her funeral.Norris (Malcolm Hebden) is behaving like there is something on his mind and he talks to Rita (Barabara Knox), Doreen (Barbara Young) and Emily (Eileen Derbyshire) about life over sixty. His behaviour puzzles them but will they work out what is on his mind?
