Leanne (Jane Danson) is anxious as Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) looks through the restaurant accounts but Janice (Vicky Entwistle) reassures her by telling her how proud she is of Leanne setting up the restaurant. As Dev arrives, the restaurant is busy and the customers are impressed with Paul's (Tom Hudson) cooking. After trying the food he tells Leanne that the books are a mess and that the profit margins aren't great but suggestively tells her the investment could be fun. How will Leanne react to his proposition?Claire (Julia Haworth) is paranoid everyone is talking about her and has a go at Hayley (Julia Hesmondhalgh) when she thinks that she is joining in. Ashley (Steven Arnold) confides in Kevin (Michael LeVell) that he is worried about Claire's state of mind. Casey (Zoe Henry) visits Claire and she tells Casey that she and Ashley keep arguing, Casey tells her things can't continue like this. Later Ashley is shocked when Claire announces she is off to stay at her mum's with Freddie. Once she has left Casey arrives at the Peacock's on the pretext of looking for Claire. Will Ashley welcome Casey into his home?

Ryan (Ben Thompson) cons Steve (Simon Gregson) into buying him some trainers which really annoys Michelle (Kym Marsh) when she finds out.

Tyrone (Alan Halsall) leaves for Spain after finding out his mother has been arrested over there.

Steve goes mad when he discovers that Eileen (Sue Cleaver) has told Lloyd (Craig Charles) about Shania. Eileen gets annoyed when she finds that Lloyd has taken the holiday photo from her drawer of Steve and Shania together.
