Derek (David Hounslow) doesn't let Linda (Sarah Parks) into the flat, promising her he's got a present for her that she's not allowed to see. Once they have left the flat, a furious Liz (Beverley Callard) steps back indoors and calls Derek to see where he is and also to let him know that her case is in his car. She returns to the Rovers much to the delight of Vernon which makes her feel really guilty. She lies about her missing case claiming she left it on the bus. When Derek arrives and asks her for five minutes of her time, how will Liz react?Sally (Sally Whittaker) is shocked when she sees Rosie (Helen Flannagan) turn up at the factory for a job interview as Carla's (Alison King) personal assistant.Sally looks on anxiously as Carla wraps up the interview.
