David’s (Jack P Shepherd) full of himself as he spots Tracy (Kate Ford) in the street, but her mood’s dark as she realises he’s got her right where he wants her. After spending the morning playing the grieving widow, Tracy decides to pay him a visit. Offering him a car radio she tries to make out it’s not a bribe but David reveals he hasn’t finished with her yet as she heads to the Rovers. Drowning her sorrows, Tracy ignores the disapproving looks, and as the alcohol kicks in she tells her appalled parents that she’s had enough of playing the victim. Is Tracy about to blow?Delighted with their new car, Roy (David Neilson) and Hayley (Julie Hesmondhalgh) discuss Becky’s (Katherine Kelly) seemingly changed ways and suggest giving her the money left over from the comic sale. But Becky’s not quite the reformed character they think just yet as she meets Slug in the Rovers. Slug can’t see the attraction in regular work and after a few drinks Becky’s starting to find his arguments very persuasive. So when he suggests injecting a little excitement into the evening by borrowing the Croppers’ car she doesn’t hesitate for long.

The spark’s clearly gone from Joanne (Zaraah Abrahams) and Adam’s (Sam Robertson) relationship as her affair with Liam (Rob James-Collier) hots up.

Joanne’s clearly smitten and when Liam offers her a bit of no strings after-hours fun she can’t help but resist, even though she would like a little bit more from him.

Elsewhere, Sarah’s (Tina O’Brien) happy when Jason (Ryan Thomas) promises her a slap up meal for her birthday, and Chesney (Sam Aston) is finding all Fiz’s (Jennie McAlpine) mothering a bit strange having being used to Cilla’s harder approach.
