After being charged with the murder of Charlie (Bill Ward), a frightened Tracy (Kate Ford) makes her first appearance in court where she is denied bail. As Tracy is led away she lets out an impassioned cry claiming that she loved Charlie and didnt murder him. Back at the Barlows, tensions run high as blame is bandied around. Tracy, on the other hand, appears cool and collected; she seems ready for the fight, but will she come out on top? Back at the yard, Jason (Ryan Thomas) is struggling to come to terms with the death of his mate and while Sarah (Tina O Brien) is helping him cancel jobs the police arrive to question him. Jason wastes no time in enlightening the police to Tracys scheming ways and insists that she is guilty of murdering Charlie. Is Jasons testimony going to destroy Tracys chances of getting away with it?Elsewhere, Chesney (Sam Aston) is still angry at both Les (Bruce Jones) and Cilla, and Fiz (Jennie Mc Alpine) has had enough. She decides to move Chesney in with her until Les is capable of taking care of him properly. How will Les feel about this?
