Disaster strikes in tonight's explosive return to Coronation Street. After bundling Leanne (Jane Danson) into the boot of his car, Paul (Sean Gallagher) sets out to get revenge on the woman he believes has ruined his marriage by revealing his passion for prostitutes. Determined to inflict the same pain on her he calls brother Liam (Rob James-Collier), Leanne's boyfriend, and tells him to meet him at his flat.Terrified Leanne manages to call Janice (Vicky Entwistle) for help but as she and Liam race to find the pair, an emotional Paul's driving becomes more erratic. In extraordinary scenes, filmed on location using specially trained stunt drivers, Paul faces death after a horrendous car crash. But will Leanne survive the smash as she lies in the boot?Elsewhere, Gail (Helen Worth) tells Sarah (Tina O'Brien) that Jason (Ryan Thomas) cannot stay with them. Sarah is seething with David (Jack P Shepherd) for interfering with her plans. How will she get him back?
