It’s the day of Gary’s court case and everyone’s a little bit nervous.Gary is scared he’s going to get sent down and David’s worried that Tina’s not going to turn up.
Joe’s feeling guilty about the pressure he put on Tina and Anna’s trying to comfort her family. At the courthouse, Gary and David goad each other about the trial as Gary grows in confidence every minute that Tina doesn’t show up.
Will she make it to court?
Elsewhere, Ken admits to Ted that he has feelings for Martha – but he doesn’t want to hurt Deirdre and Norris finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time with disastrous consequences.
In court, Tina takes to the stand. Will she stick to her guns and lie for David?
The harmonious atmosphere that Luke brought to the factory doesn’t last long as Rosie feels pushed out by his working relationship with Julie.
She reacts by being a bit of a cow and taunting Janice about her lack of education, but ever the peacemaker, Luke steps in. Liz, meanwhile, discovers that Lloyd’s been telling fibs.
