Janice (Vicky Entwistle) tries to reassure Leanne (Jane Danson) that she will get her the ten grand she needs. She approaches a suspicious Roger (Andrew Dunn) for a lone but he walks out when she admits that Leanne was an escort. Janice is gutted that she has blown her chances and is surprised when Roger re-appears asking to talk to her and Leanne. Leanne storms out when Roger makes it clear he disapproves of her but will he be willing to offer Janice the money?Violet (Jenny Platt) asks Sean (Antony Cotton) to cover for her at the Rovers whilst she goes the doctors but she is very secretive about why she has to go for a consultation. Afterwards, Sean is shocked when Violet admits she is looking into fertility treatment as she was going with the wrong men simply to find a father for her child.
