Ah, the weekend is here again! And with it comes a slew of new television, hoping to keep us entertained. With so much on offer it's sometimes hard to decide what to watch, so here's our suggestions this time around!

Saturday, March 7

Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, 7pm, ITV

It's Jeremy Kyle's turn to be set up by the boys in tonight's episode, as he takes part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Out Of Me Ear!. Hoping to find a new bodyguard - or at least that's what he tells auditionees. We'll also see the return of Little Ant and Dec as well as the second round of this year's Ant versus Dec, with Ashley Roberts at the helm.

The Voice UK, 7.30pm, BBC One

In perhaps the most exciting stage of the competition, the battle rounds rage on as contestants come out of their shells and fight for their lives in the competition against one another. Mentors Rita Ora, Ricky Wilson, Tom Jones and will.i.am will of course be on hand to offer their advice, suggestions and opinions but in the end, half of those remaining will still be left standing, with the other half sent packing, their dreams of winning in tatters.

Returning for a third season, Kevin Bacon steps into the role of troubled detective Ryan Hardy, who's finally seen Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) put back behind bars for his huge string of serial murders and crimes. Moving on from the dark events he's seen in his past, a brutal series of staged crime scenes threaten to shatter his newfound happy illusion. Amongst this, questions left hanging from the second season's finale should be answered - just who drove the twins away in that car?

Catfish: The TV Show, 7pm, MTV

Following its American premiere, Catfish returns to the UK for its fourth season, inviting people to meet their online romances in the flesh for the first time with the help of Nev Schulman and Max Joseph, as well as a string of guests whilst Max is on hiatus. Kicking things off with single mother Miracle, she's hoping to find "dreamy-eyed" Javonni after meeting him on the internet. Nev teams with Charlamagne Tha God to take Miracle on her hunt for the man of her dreams - will this story have a happy ending?

Poldark, 9pm, BBC One

In a brand new historical period drama for BBC One, this new series is based on the novels by Winston Graham which were originally adapted into a television show in the 1970s. With Aidan Turner in the role of Ross Poldark, he joins the army hoping to avoid charges for smuggling, leaving behind his loved one Elizabeth. Upon his return three years later, things have changed with Elizabeth engaged to somebody else, his father dead and his estate in ruins. Taking on a new kitchen maid and being brought into a conflict with some hostile locals, this is sure to be an action-packed and revolutionary performance from Aidan, alongside co-stars Eleanor Tomlinson, Heida Reed, Phil Davis and Warren Clarke.

Let's Play Darts for Comic Relief, 9pm, BBC Two

It's the Let's Play Darts for Comic Relief final, and Gabby Logan's joined on the sofa by the celebrity players who reflect on the series highs and lows. Moving onto the actual competition, the two remaining famous faces and their professional partners go head to head - who'll win the title at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green, Surrey?
