The episode we have been waiting on, the self-proclaimed Winner's Circle and the Pork Chop Loading Dock have finally come together!
With an intense face-to-face showdown between the two groups and the brilliant idea of hiding miss Elliott with 2 T’s, we get to see some real shade from the queens.
Our resistant firewoman, Tina Burner, stirred the pot straight away with asking why the other group voted to kick Elliott out and boy, did miss Joey Jay jump straight into it trashing Elliott’s drag look!
Ummm, awkward anyone?
With Elliott revealing herself to be a part of the cast, she shocked them all by snapping at them for voting her out, Tamisha tried to calm things down but only to get in a hissy when Elliott defended herself. I don’t know about you guys but, there is definitely a temper that Tamisha is hiding and I, for one, can’t wait to see it.
Next day, the werkroom felt a little tense as both groups are now one but, our darling RuPaul comes in ready to cast this week's Maxi Challenge.
The task this week is one of my very favourites, an acting challenge. Splitting into three groups chosen by Mother Ru herself, the racers must act in romcoms for the RuPaulmark Channel.
Team one consisted of Denali, Elliott with 2 T’s, Olivia Lux and Kahmora Hall. These queens had a Valentine's show called Misery Loves Company and let me tell you, there was some misery in this group! Denali wanted to prove something to herself and the rest of the queens nominated her to get the biggest part.
Although she had no experience acting and do not get me started with Kahmora, I was rooting for her! We were all rooting for her! How dare she!
Team two was made up of Symone, Lala Ri, Rosé and Utica. They had a flag holiday show. I know what you are thinking, a flag holiday? Yes, I never heard of it either. The show was called God Loves Flags (and rightly so). Already with a win under her belt, Symone absolutely killed it in this challenge, unlike Lala Ri whose performance was not loved by the Gods.
Finally, our last team, Gottmik, Tina Burner, Kandy Muse and Tamisha had the April Fools show called April Fools Rush In. Kandy and Tina had no lack of confidence and killed their performances and while Tamisha was coached time and time again by judge Ross Mathews, she finally hit that Cher impersonation that saved her from the bottom.
Runway category of the night was Trains for Days and getting ready in the werkroom, we got to see the queens learning more about each other. Tamisha revealing her biological children to the Winner's Circle, which had them all shocked, as she did the other group.
Meanwhile, Symone told the story of her first time in drag and the bold move of doing it at her prom. Who didn't fall in love when we saw that throwback picture?
Now, I love three shady queens forming a group and Kandy, Tina and Gottmik have proclaimed themselves to be the 'Shady Bunch'. I wonder if it will be another Ro-Laska-Tox situation…
As the queens hit the runway, there were some outstanding outfits.
Our guest judge, comedian and actress, Loni Love, was gobsmacked at a certain someone's outfit.
I won’t spoil who was crowned this week’s winner, but I will say I was definitely not surprising and I very happy to see the win. If this queen carries on with the same traction, we may have our winner already.
I will say I was shocked to see Denali and Kahmora in the bottom two but wow, what an impressive performance it was for Denali!
Who will you be rooting for next episode?
