Simon Cowell has admitted he'll be wearing some lucky underwear at this weekend's X Factor final.
The media mogul has two out of the three singers taking part in the final - Ben Haenow and Fleur East - and reveals he won't be leaving his chance of winning down to fate when the public crown the winner on Sunday, December 14.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the weekend's final, he said: "I'm going to wear a pair of crisp white boxer shorts that Lauren [Silverman; his partner] bought me."
He also appeared to slam former contestant Jake Quickenden for going straight onto I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
Asked about Jake, Simon said: "I think if you don't want to win that tells me that you haven't got that killer instinct to make it in the real world.
"If you are happy to come tenth and then go into the jungle then you're not good enough. It's not 'meow' it's true.
"I mean we want people who want to be recording artists in the real world. He's a nice guy but he could have gone in the jungle first then go on the show."
