Simon Cowell has hinted he's offered Sharon Osbourne a place on 'The X Factor' judging panel.
Talk of the opinionated red-head rejoining the talent show has been rumbling around for a while, but now the 56-year-old show boss has seemingly teased a new contract could be in the pipeline for 'The Talk' host as he's desperate to work with her again on a mystery show in the UK.
Speaking while promoting his US reality show 'America's Got Talent', Simon was quoted by The Sun newspaper as saying: "I think she [Sharon] and I are going to work on a show together in the UK. We mainly have a love relationship. It's always back love."
And the 63-year-old beauty - who originally appeared on the panel from 2004 until 2007 before making a brief return in 2013 - isn't the only person tipped for a return as Louis Walsh, 63, has also been persuaded to reclaim his seat on the judging panel after he was offered a mega-money deal.
A source said earlier this month: "The ink is just drying on Louis' contract, as he put pen to paper this week. He's really excited about returning."
Nicole Scherzinger, who was a judge on the programme from 2012 until 2013, is also believed to be in talks about reclaiming her seat on the panel alongside Simon, Louis and Sharon.
The new judging line-up comes just weeks after Rita Ora announced she was stepping away from the programme following just one series in order to focus on her music and acting career.
Meanwhile, the future of the singing show hung in the balance earlier this year after Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini decided to turn their backs on the ITV hit programme.
The former Girls Aloud singer has decided to pour her heart and soul into music and romance with Liam Payne, while the radio DJ wants to have his weekends back.
