Sam Bailey has some advice for 'The X Factor' contestants ahead of this weekend's semi-final - go to the toilet before stepping on stage.

The 'Skyscraper' singer was crowned the winner of the pop star search show in 2013 and part of her pre-performance ritual whilst on the programme and still to this day is to empty her bladder before singing.
Sam has urged the four remaining acts - Che Chesterman, Louisa Johnson, Reggie N' Bollie and Lauren Murray - to take trip to the toilet before singing for their place in the final.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "My advice to them to calm the nerves is go for a wee before you go on stage, that's always my mentality always have a quick wee, just let it all out. I still do that now, I just let it all out!"
Sam also has told the four wannabe stars to just try and enjoy their time on stage when they each perform two tracks, even though it will be the biggest moments in their lives.
She added: "I'd also urge all the acts to just go out and enjoy it and not expect too much. Have fun as if you're doing a normal gig."
Sam admits her favourite singer is Che and she really hopes he goes on to be crowned the winner of Simon Cowell's show.
She shared: "I've been watching 'The X Factor' every week and I'm rooting for Che. He's great!"
Sam was speaking earlier this week at festive attraction Lapland UK as she attended the Rays of Sunshine Gala with her family - husband Craig Pearson and their three children, Tommy, Brooke and Miley.
Other stars at the event included fellow former 'X Factor' singer Jay James, singer-and-actress Suzanne Shaw, TV presenter Dominic Wood and comedian Katherine Ryan.
It is the second year in which Lapland UK has partnered with Rays of Sunshine - a children's wish granting charity - to give kids with serious or life-limiting illnesses the opportunity to go to the British Arctic homeland and meet Father Christmas.
