Nick Grimshaw has mocked Rita Ora's judging skills on 'The X Factor'.
The 31-year-old presenter is good friends with Rita but has ridiculed her for her frequent misuse of clichés on the show, the latest of which saw the 24-year-old pop beauty claim it's impossible to "read a book by its cover" while critiquing an act.
He quipped: "Last night, this one really took the biscuit. Read a book by its cover? That's not right - it's judge a book by its cover. She gets her analogies just a little bit confused."
And Nick - who is also joined by Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Simon Cowell on this year's judging panel - has revealed there are more unfortunate misquotes to come from the 'Hot Right Now' hitmaker.
Speaking on his BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, he said: "It's yet to come on the show but I remember in the auditions (when she said) 'I feel like a fish that has jumped out of the water and has been run over.'
"I said, 'Do you mean a fish out of water?'
"What a woman. Always manages to get them confused. But you know what? You can never read a book through its cover."
Nick also ridiculed Cheryl's inappropriate and frequent use of the word "literally" when commenting on the pop hopefuls.
He shared: "I like it when Cheryl says literally, but then what she says isn't literally. Like she says, 'You literally blew the roof off Wembley.' But they didn't blow the roof off Wembley. did they? Or, 'You literally blew me away.' 'But they didn't really blow you away Cheryl."
Nick and Cheryl had planned to watch 'The X Factor' together on Saturday night (12.09.15), but Nick revealed the 32-year-old beauty "literally" cancelled on him.
He explained: "Cheryl was meant to come to my house to watch it on Saturday night but she didn't come. She literally blew me off."
