Louis Walsh will only return to the 'X Factor' judging panel if Simon Cowell offers him a lot of money.
The 63-year-old music manager hasn't ruled out a return to the programme after he was dropped earlier this year and replaced with Nick Grimshaw, but he doesn't think the 56-year-old show boss will be able to "afford him" next year.
Asked if he would return to the talent show for the next series, he told BANG Showbiz: "If Simon can afford me. I would only go back if it was going to be fun. I've had 11 great years, I wouldn't want to go back unless it was going to be fun.
"But Simon knows what he's doing. And he's very competitive so he'll want to come back and have the best show on TV. He always wants to be number one."
And Louis, who sat on the judging panel for 11 years, believes viewers are starting to miss him but he thinks new judge Rita Ora, 24, is doing a fantastic job.
He explained: "The panel isn't as good as other years. They're not as good without me. I think Rita is great, she's really fun and she always looks amazing."
Meanwhile, Louis has just launched Sony BRAVIA with built-in YouView, which allows consumers more access to on-demand content than ever before.
