The X Factor's latest casualty comes in the form of Jay James, who's been eliminated from the show when the decision went to deadlock.
In the sing-off against Stevie Ritchie, he was eliminated from the competition when judges couldn't reach a unanimous decision, meaning the public vote was used to determine the pair's fate.
Speaking about the experience, Jay said: "It's been absolutely incredibly, the people that I have met during this time have just been amazing."
Simon Cowell - his mentor - also spoke about his act, stating: "Jay, you've been a gentleman, a really nice guy to work with."
During the sing-off, Jay performed Keane's 'Somewhere Only We Know' whilst Stevie did an energetic rendition of Queen's 'Somebody To Love'.
The judge's vote saw both Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell back Jay, but Mel B and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini send him home.
