Jasmin Walia waited a "ridiculous" 15 hours for her X Factor audition.
'The Only Way Is Essex' star featured on the ITV talent show's spin-off show the 'Xtra Factor' on the weekend and has hit out at Simon Cowell for "mugging her off" after he stopped her halfway through her first song when she'd waited all day to audition.
She explained: "I'd woken up at 4.30am and obviously you're nervous the night before. I had to be there at 7.30am and auditioned at 10.30pm.
"I was completely shattered. You're waiting around, getting more and more nervous watching everyone around you.
"When I went into the audition, the nerves got the better of me, I was so tired. If an A-lister had to wait 15 hours backstage she wouldn't give her best performance either."
She added: "I got really emotional because I was so drained. Everything just got to me."
However, the 23-year-old beauty has revealed her experience - which saw judges Simon, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Mel B tell her her singing wasn't good enough - has not put her off the idea of auditioning again in the future.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I probably would put myself through it again.
"But the only thing I'd say is I'm not waiting around for that long."
