Cheryl Fenandez-Versini insists winning 'The X Factor' doesn't matter.

The 'Only Human' singer has tried to advise her acts on the show about the realities of life in the spotlight and admitted she told them coming in first place won't guarantee success, just as losing out doesn't mean failure.
She said: "I wasn't going to lie to my acts but what matters is what happens after 'The X Factor' - not whether you win.
"It matters to me that one of my acts win, but my job has been to five as much advice as possible and share my experiences."
And Cheryl - whose group Reggie 'N' Bollie will compete against Che Chesterman and Louisa Johnson in next weekend's final - has also been frank with her acts about the pitfalls of fame.
She told Closer magazine: "I told my acts bits and pieces about the pitfalls of fame because I didn't want to put them off their dream. I don't want it to become a nightmare."
The 32-year-old star thinks the groups have it easier than the solo artists because they can rely on one another for support.
She added: "I had the groups so they have each other, which is the beauty of being in a band because you have power in numbers."
