Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is now backing Fleur East to win this series of The X Factor.
The singer saw her final act Lauren Platt sent home last week and whilst she insists all three finalists can have a 'case made' for them, she sees Fleur as the whole package.
Speaking yesterday at a final press conference before the show comes to a close, she explained: "I don't think we've ever had, at least while I've been on the show, someone who can do everything... As in sing, dance, rap, the whole shenanigans."
She was also keen to find out how Fleur and Ben's mentor Simon Cowell was planning to divide his attention "fairly" between the two contestants during the final.
After Simon insisted he was more than capable of working with multiple artists at once, Cheryl pushed for an answer to her question.
Simon replied: "We've done it this week. We've gone through all the songs. Last night I was still making changes to the mixes and will continue to do so today."
He added: "At the weekend, my job is over and hopefully I'll have done everything I can do to prepare both of you [glances at Ben and Fleur]."
Meanwhile, Mel B was too "unwell" to attend yesterday's rehearsal as she's said to be struck down with a mystery illness.
The Daily Star newspaper learned from a source: "Poor Andrea is feeling abandoned... But Mel can't help it. She is so poorly and may have to miss the final altogether."
