It looks like One Direction's plan to pull off a super fantastic teeny pop performance on this weekend's X Factor is in tatters after singer Liam Payne injured his leg when he fell down a flight of stairs.
The worst of it was, Liam was moonlighting when the injury happened as the boys headed out on their day off from rehearsals to watch rapper Tinie Tempah performing at KOKO in Camden, London.
The boys were over the moon when they were invited to meet Tinie and ushered backstage for the meet and greet, but as the boys ambled onto stage to meet TT, blonde-mopped Liam Pain tripped and fell - twisting his ankle in the process!
Whilst it is a teeny bit funny, it is also a big worry for the weekend as a show insider claims; "Liam is really upset about the whole thing and is understandably worries about Saturday's show. It's questionable whether he'll be able to dance on Saturday and so the boys' choreographer is looking at changing their routine."
Liam, word from the wise - just stand there an look pretty. All the teenager will vote for you even more out of sympathy.
