'The Only Way is Essex's Nanny Pat has been laid to rest.

The reality TV star - who sadly passed away last month following a short battle with an illness aged 80 - was given a traditional send off today (08.01.16) in Essex as her friends and family gathered round to pay their respects.
Jessica Wright and her brother Mark - the grandchildren of Nanny Pat - were joined by the hunk's wife Michelle Keegan as they watched the famous star's woven coffin pull up to the packed-out church in a white horse-drawn carriage.
The coffin was adorned with purple flowers and cream fabric bows hung off the metal clasps, while a football shirt wreath - believed to be from her grandson, professional footballer, Josh Wright - followed behind in a black car.
The heartbroken family - all dressed in black - gathered together and watched the beautiful coffin be carried into the service, as tears rolled down their faces.
Nanny Pat - whose real name is Pat Brooker - passed away on December 16, 2015, a month after her 80th birthday.
A statement released on behalf of her family said at the time: "Sadly our amazing, courageous and beautiful Nanny Pat passed away this morning after a short illness. We are overwhelmed by sadness, and the whole family ask for privacy at this horrible time."
She leaves behind five children, including her daughter Carol Wright - the mother of Jessica and Mark.
