NOTE: Spoilers

The dead weight has officially been sent packing, and the alliance of six should be stronger than ever.

The only issue is, Tony is thinking ahead and the fact his name repeatedly crops up when the votes are being read out at tribal council has rattled him.

He's planning on making a big move and now's the time he wants to strike, and so he starts stirring the pot in a bigger way than ever before, telling LJ that it's time Woo was cut, and then planting the seed in Woo and Trish's head that LJ was actually the one hoping to blindside Woo.

The reward challenge allows Tony to speak to Spencer and Jeremiah when they win and get a spa treatment, where he tells them they could work with each other to further one another's game.

Trish doesn't want to abandon the six, and neither does LJ, but Tony's working on Woo proved to be substantial as he puts his vote against LJ.

In a vote of 6-3-1, LJ was sent packing at the hands of Tony, LJ, Spencer, Tasha, Woo and Jeremiah, with Jeremiah receiving three votes and Spencer one.

This was either Tony's winning move, or the one that will see him sent packing. Either way, he was eventually going to become a target within his own alliance because of his dominant personality, and the moves he's already made.

Tony's in a bit of a sticky position at the moment. For now, he is - in my opinion - the contender who is the most deserving of the title, but that means he's likely to face the glare of everybody in the weeks leading up to the final vote.

I'm hoping he pulls through and wins the million. I just think the people he's playing with are too smart to let him reach the end.

Survivor continues next Thursday 8/7c on CBS.
