Simon Cowell thinks that despite The Voice UK being his rival show, it will continue for a "long time".
Though the show thus far has failed to produce major stars and hit songs like The X Factor with the likes of One Direction and Olly Murs, he still believes it's going to stay on air for at least the next few years.
He said: "My gut feeling is there are now four talent shows that will probably last for quite a long time and that's 'The X Factor', 'Britain's Got Talent', 'Strictly [Come Dancing]' and 'The Voice'.
"I think that's enough. Any more than that will be a problem."
The 55-year-old music mogul is set to return as a judge on his other ITV show, 'Britain's Got Talent', this weekend and he's confessed he's taken a new "nosy" approach to contestants.
He shared: "I think the public at home feel the same way. Sometimes when you ask these questions you really get to know whether the person is sincere and whether they are serious about this - and so it helps me make a decision.
"Actually, if you like the person before they have performed then they stand a better chance."
