Removing her prosthetic leg which she has had to wear since childhood because of a freak accident, she slams it down on the table before chucking it out into the middle of a restaurant for all of the cast, crew and fellow restaurant guests to see.
Her fellow stars Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman and LuAnn de Lesseps are all visibly shocked by the move and it's unclear just what happens next.
All the drama plays out next week when Bravo air the episode in America on Tuesday, July 22.
