Lucy Watson thinks 'Made in Chelsea' is "incestuous" and "weird".
The E4 star - who has appeared in the structured-reality show since 2012 - admitted she finds it strange being on the show because it has made her act differently, especially when it comes to relationships, as she claims she would never have dated co-stars Jamie Laing and Oliver Proudlock in her normal life.
She explained: "It is incestuous and it's weird because I don't actually date that much in real life.
"Normally, I wouldn't have given them a second look, but they're charming guys - that's why they're on the TV show. You get lost in it.
"I don't need to waste my time with people like Jamie and Proudlock, who are just immature."
The 24-year-old model - who will return to screens on 11 May - even confessed she "cried" when she first featured on the London-based programme, because she hated how she was being portrayed.
She said: "I cried a lot when I was watching the [first] episodes because I was thinking: 'This isn't me'.
"I was doing things I thought would be entertaining, like asking Spencer [Matthews] for his number when he had a girlfriend. I didn't think, 'People are going to hate me now because that's a really horrible thing to do.' I've learned a lot since being on the show."
However, the brunette beauty teased viewers could be treated to a new hunk as she has recently started dating a mystery man, although she is being "cautious" with the relationship because she is afraid of getting hurt.
She told The Sun newspaper's Fabulous magazine: "We've been seeing each other a few weeks.
"I'm being cautious. When you're in love, you're vulnerable because that person has so much control over your emotions ... That's why I think so carefully about falling in love. I'd rather be with somebody I really trust. If you don't trust them, then f**k that."
