LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's reality show - LeAnn & Eddie - has been cancelled after just one season.
The VH1 programme ran for eight episodes during its first season and E! confirmed the news today that it won't make a return.
Eddie and LeAnn met when the former was married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville and the latter was with chef Dean Sheremet, and both previously said that they were to use the show to dismiss negative public opinion surrounding their marriage.
LeAnn commented: "The biggest global misconception would be that we're not two people who are really in love with each other, that there are ulterior motives to our relationship.
"But people just don't get it. Hopefully people will get a chance to see how we just click."
LeAnn had admitted on the show last year that she stopped using birth control because she was keen to start a family with Eddie after a specialist informed her that her fertility levels were lower than usual.
Speaking to Eddie she said: "She [the specialist] told me that my levels are on the lower side of normal and that we should not be waiting very much longer. Does that freak you out?"
Appearing to question whether they were ready for a child LeAnn replied: "I know we were not planning on having a child right now, but I also do not want to miss what possibly could be my only opportunity to have a child naturally."
