The 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional hit back after a number of users on the social networking site criticised her for her relationship with former contestant Ben Cohen, who split from his wife following his stint on the show.

Responding to a troll who tagged her in a post saying, "get Rhianoff to stop s**gging other women's husbands its common", Kristina wrote: "@hannahr391956 how pathetic your life must be if you find time to tweet something like this. Poor you. Get a life ? Or an education or both (sic)."

The 37-year-old beauty - who was sent a poem about karma by Ben's estranged wife Abby on the weekend - also claimed the constant controversy surrounding her reported relationship with the former rugby star is providing her with more material for a tell-all book.

Responding to a message from a fan saying, "I feel sorry for @KRihanoff. No matter what has gone on no one should be publicly humiliated and bullied. #stay strong" (sic), Kristina said: "it's all good. Just more stuff for my book to write. Thanks for support xx (sic)."

Meanwhile, Abby - who was branded "pathetic" for sending the poem to Kristina - has insisted people wouldn't be so quick to judge if they knew the "truth" about her split from Ben.

The mother-of-two - who has daughters Harriette and Isabelle with the 36-year-old hunk - wrote on Twitter: "If you actually knew the truth then you wouldn't write that! (sic)"
