Katie Price's husband would "get too jealous" if she appeared on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The 37-year-old former glamour model - whose ex-husband Peter Andre was a contestant on this series of the dance show - would be keen to take part on the show even though she can't dance, but spouse Kieran Hayler feels uneasy about her getting close to the professional dancers.

Asked if she'd like to compete on the show, she said: "I can't dance. But that might be good because I'd be the one everyone could laugh at."

Kieran added: "I'd get too jealous though. They get so intimate, I would struggle with that.

"It's not just the intimacy with how they dance, but how much time they spend together.

"Also, even after they finish their dance, they still keep kissing and have their arms around each other."

Katie was surprised when Peter was voted off the show last month because she was convinced he'd win.

She said: "I always thought Pete would win because he's such a good dancer."

The blonde beauty was previously approached to appear on the Australian version of the show, 'Dancing with the Stars', but had to turn it down as her 13-year-old son Harvey was ill.

She told OK! magazine: "I was supposed to be doing the Australian one but it didn't happen because I didn't want to leave Harvey as he wasn't well at the time.

"The house needed work and to pick up five kids and move them to the other side of the world was just too much."
