Jay McGuiness has stashed his 'Strictly Come Dancing' Glitterball Trophy in his brother's "downstairs toilet."
The Wanted singer spent three months learning the tricky footwork and hip-snaking turns in order to be crowned king of the dance floor on the show last year, but it seems the handsome star hasn't found a permanent home for the fancy gong at the moment and is storing it beside the bog.
Speaking on 'Loose Women' this morning (18.01.16), he explained him and his professional dance partner Aliona Vilani have a mini version of the trophy each.
He said: "We keep a smaller version of it, one each. It's [the actual trophy is] at my brother's down stairs toilet."
Meanwhile, the pair is preparing to star in the 'Strictly Come Dancing' live tour but, once that wraps up, Aliona will turn her back on the BBC show in order to start a family.
The blonde beauty, who has appeared on the show for seven years, explained: "I've had an amazing seven years and from a professional point of view you want to leave on a high. On a personal level, 'Strictly' takes up all of your time and I just want to live my life and start a family."
But having children with her husband Vincent Kavanagh doesn't just mean the end of 'Strictly', as the athlete is considering hanging up her dance shoes for good.
Asked if she would carry on dancing after having a baby, she said: "I'm not sure. I don't know. I might.
"When you do something so intensely, I can't do it half way. It's been 25 years of my life that was that."
