The 'What Not To Wear' star - who was the first celebrity to be voted off 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!' at the weekend - has admitted she and the rest of the camp actually quite liked Lady C when she wasn't launching tirades at them.
Susanna explained: "She's not like that all the time. It's like this switch goes off and she is two people. On the one hand she is one of the smartest, most logical, interesting and kind people you could ever hope to meet and then suddenly she turns into this creature and I don't even know if she's aware that she's doing it, but fundamentally Lady C is a lovely woman."
However, Brian Friedman - who settled his differences with the royal biographer before he was voted off last night (29.11.15) - insisted it wasn't a pleasant experience being on the receiving end of her criticism.
He told ITV's 'Lorraine': "It definitely hurts if you're on the opposite end of a tongue lashing. She knows how to make a sting and she knows how to get you where it counts."
Despite his comments, the former 'X Factor' choreographer confessed he could see her going on to win the show.
He added: "My money would be on George [Shelley], however, I feel like Lady C and Vicky [Pattison] have a really good shot at winning it. But I'd love it if George won."
