Carl Fogarty has an "evil streak" and is "dedicated" to taking home the title of King of the Jungle on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.
The four-time World Superbike Championship winner doesn't mind facing bushtucker trials whilst on the show because he "does not know the meaning" of fear.
Nicknamed Foggy he recalls his determination for victory even as a child, explaining: "When I raced other kids at the back of my house I always had to be first. And when I won, I wanted to win more and more.
"I don't see the point in doing something unless you are going to be the best at it."
He added: "I don't care what people think. If you take 100,000 people, 95,000 might think I'm ace and 5,000 might hate my guts because I'm outspoken."
Talking about his nasty side in 'Foggy: The Explosive Autobiography', he reveals: "There's no doubt I've got an evil streak because I laugh at other people's misfortunes. Anything which is not too serious I always find amusing."
