Marc Bannerman has revealed he feels guilty about his relationship with Cerys and worries it may be misconstrued.

The actor confided in Biggins when he arrived in camp and Marc took him to the shower to wash off after the Bushtucker Trial.

Biggins said: “So she’s coming out on the 18th. Is she an actress?”

Marc explained: “She’s an actress. We worked on Footballer’s Wives Extra Time and we fell in love. She’s coming out. Sarah Matravers. She’s coming out on her own.

”The trouble is I’m a bit worried Chris because I’ve really been getting on really well with Cerys Matthews here and looking after her. She’s a really sweet little thing but it can be misconstrued can’t it?

“I mean we’re great mates but I’m spending a lot of time in her company and I haven’t told anyone else this but because you’re new I can say it to you.

“I’m a little bit worried about how she’s…she will be jealous and stuff at home I think or she’ll be fretting that I’m about to run off with someone else I think. I hope not and I don’t want to create that impression but when you’re here, you’ve just got to think of yourself, haven’t you, and yourself and your team’s needs and there’s nothing in it but. But I’m not worried about it simply because this is my experience.”

Chris reassured him: ‘She’ll understand.”

Marc said: “I hope so I hope she does anyway I just needed to get that off my chest to someone.”

Chris asked: “You’re not falling in love with her though?”

Marc said: “No we’re just great friends.”

The conversation then turned to Janice and Marc joked: “Janice is falling in love with everyone. She’ll be falling in love with you in a minute…she’s full of sexual innuendoes she loves the camera, doesn’t she? She turns it on. Showbiz.”
