Gregg Wallace blames Aliona Vilani for his early exit from 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 'MasterChef' judge took part in the reality contest in 2014 but he was eliminated after just two weeks, and he now insists he could have done better if he had a professional partner who actually "liked" him.
He said: "I didn't particularly enjoy 'Strictly'. I love dancing, but if I were paired with somebody who liked me then I would have one better."
The 51-year-old star thinks he is in good shape and is proud of his body right now.
He said: "I've got a gym instructor who says, 'Mate, you are the fittest 5- year old I have ever seen. I haven't got clients who work as hard as you.' I was in the gym at 6.15am this morning.
"I don't believe in diets. I believe in gradual lifestyle changes. I'm so fit now. I'm 12st 5lb and have less than 20 per cent body fat. I'm going for lunch today with my beautiful fiancee and we'll share a bottle of wine. You don't need to live like a monk."
While Gregg didn't enjoy 'Strictly', he hasn't ruled out doing more reality TV in the future as he'd take part in 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' if the pay cheque was right.
He told OK! magazine: "If they want to give me a sack of treasure, I'd go into the jungle."
Despite spending a lot of time on screen with John Torode - who will be best man at Gregg's upcoming wedding to Anne-Marie Sterpini - the pair have never visited one another at home.
Gregg admitted: "We're extremely close but we've never visited each other's houses.
"It happens very rarely, but when we disagree it tends to be because I'm very conservative with my tastes and John loves finding something different."
