Gemma Collins has reportedly threatened to quit TV "for good".
The reality television star walked out of the I'm A Celebrity jungle camp on Wednesday, November 19, and has been left so traumatised by the experience that she's considering abandoning her television career, reports The Sun newspaper.
According to a close friend, she insisted: "I'm going to give up television for good.
"This has been such a massive wake-up call. I had no idea this was going to be so hard.
"I've been on a rollercoaster ride for the last three years and it might be time to get off.
"The jungle was torture, but it gave me time to think. I have to completely re-evaluate my life."
After returning safely home, many have reflected on Gemma's time on the show where she complained about the lack of food, after being given nothing but porridge to eat.
Following the departure she blamed her meltdowns on the emotional turmoil of splitting from Alex Moss - her boyfriend - just hours before flying to Australia.
Describing the experience as "hellish", Gemma added: "Don't get me wrong, I love going for walks in the forests in England where there are no wild animals.
"I will never ever dislike nature, but I will just never ever come to Australia again."
Following her quitting, Craig Charles also decided to leave the jungle after learning that older brother Dean had died suddenly after a fatal heart attack.
