The 'Geordie Shore' star, 25, has dumped the reality TV hunk, with whom she's had a turbulent on/off relationship for years, after realising over the festive period that a committed romance with him isn't one she wants to pursue anymore.
Speaking on 'This Morning' today (04.01.16), she said of their relationship: "Yeah I'm single; we spent some time together over Christmas, it was nice but I don't think I want to go back there again, I don't want it anymore."
And, despite Gaz, 27, claiming their love was the real deal after being slapped with criticism last month, Charlotte has hinted that them going their separate ways is for good now.
She added: "I think it's over now."
The split comes less than four weeks after they confirmed they were giving their relationship another shot following their passionate smooch during a night out in London.
Gaz said at the time: "We've been stuck in the house for so many years and spent so much time with each other, we just needed to spend some time with each other with no cameras and no pressure, no one around us, so it kind of feels like last night was a first date but it wasn't."
However, one person who will be happy to learn of the break-up is Gaz' ex-girlfriend Lillie Lexie Gregg, who he dumped in November, as she was convinced his relationship with Charlotte was purely for publicity.
