Still on the MTV reality series, Charlotte confessed she's upset that Vicky suggested that she is now copying her own career by releasing a health and fitness DVD, following the success of Vicky's in 2014.

Asked by Star magazine about what's going on between the two of them, Charlotte replied: "I don't know, I just keep reading all these hurtful things she's supposed to have said about us in interviews.

"I don't want to get into an argument. I've never said a bad word about her. When I was asked about her leaving 'Geordie Shore', I said she'd be missed. When we went back into filming it felt like I'd lost a limb."

Speaking about the last time she saw Vicky, she added: "Everything was fine. I don't know why she seems to be so angry. I feel really disappointed. I've made excuses for Vicky, but she's been saying all this stuff and I've been quite naïve about it."

Charlotte went on to admit that whilst she isn't going to jump to conclusions about her friend, she does still feel hurt by the comments.

"When I landed in Australia Marnie [Simpson] sent me more interviews with bad things Vicky has said about me, like people would be blind not to notice that I was emulating her career.

"I texted her and she said her words have been twisted, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. But I know she said 'emulate' because she uses the world all the time. It's how I learnt it! But we'll always have that 'Geordie Shore' bond. I'll catch up with her when I get back from Oz."
