Charlie Sims had liposuction before he shot scenes in Marbella.
The 22-year-old reality star has confessed to having the weight loss procedure before jetting off to sunny Marbella, Spain, for the upcoming 'The Only Way is Essex' summer special.
He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I had a lipo treatment on my belly. It heats up all your fat cells and boils them, then the fat comes out in your wee."
The stars of 'TOWIE' are known for going on strict diets and extreme work-out regimes before squeezing into their bikinis and swimming trunks in Marbella, but it seems the men are more body conscious this year than their female co-stars.
Elliot Wright, cousin of Mark and Jessica Wright, admits he hit the gym with champion boxer David Haye to prepare for the trip.
He added: "There's been lots of training so I looked good."
Meanwhile, returning star Lydia Bright, 23, says famous catchphrase "No carbs before Marbs" is no longer needed as the babes of 'TOWIE' watch their figure year-round.
She said: "There's no such thing as 'No carbs before Marbs' now! We did when we were younger, but now we train and eat properly."
