Caroline Flack has been accused of underplaying her dancing experience.
The former 'Xtra Factor' host- who is set to compete in this year's series of the hit BBC One show 'Strictly Come Dancing' - also appeared on the BBC Three series 'Dancing On Wheels' in which she partnered a contestant in a wheel chair.
However, Caroline insists the show - which was choreographed by 'Strictly' stars Kristina Rihanoff and Brian Fortuna, and judged by James and Ola Jordan - was more of a "documentary-style programme" rather than a means of improving her dance skills.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I did Dancing on Wheels but that was more of a documentary-style programme. It was different."
The 34-year-old TV presenter added that she has gained her only ballroom skills by dancing around the kitchen with her boyfriend, Jack Street.
She explained: "Me and my boyfriend have done a bit of dancing in the kitchen but that really is about it."
Meanwhile, Caroline - who also attended a dance school in her younger years - has admitted that competing on the show is a dream come true.
She said: "Ever since I was a presenter on CBBC and used to see the Strictly judges walking around Television Centre I have wanted to take part in the show."
